In the floor is a hatch that leads to the crawl space under the living room.

From the conservatory you have a beautiful view of the garden and you walk directly onto the covered terrace and on the other side through the back door to the driveway. GARAGE
The garage is the connection between the house and the office. The garage is also completely finished and fully insulated. The new, coated floor contains underfloor heating. All walls have been plastered and there are connections for white goods and for a kitchen unit to be installed. The electrically operated sectional door is also new and connects to the driveway.
OFFICE
The office is lovely and bright! This is mainly because there is a new skylight installed in the ceiling from aluminum frames. This space is also ideal for a profession or a home practice where you receive customers because through the driveway door and the garage you can easily walk to the office. There is here a new laminate floor with underfloor heating. The floor heating in the garage and office can be controlled separately from each other and do not have to be turned on at the same time. Through the new facade you also have access from this room to the backyard. There is an air conditioner that can cool and heat.
SECOND FLOOR:
The second floor has already recently undergone a complete renovation.
BEDROOMS
On the three bedrooms and the landing is a new laminate floor, all walls are neatly plastered and everywhere are plastic frames with HR++ glass installed. All windows are also prepared for an electric shutter. From the bedroom at the rear of the house you have a view of the Maas. In this bedroom there is an air conditioner that can cool and heat.
BATHROOM
The bathroom still needs some attention. Although this room is decorated with light colors and neutral, it is outdated compared to the rest of the house. The bathroom is nice and spacious and has enough area for both a shower and a bathtub. Both of these are now also present. There is also a toilet and a sink with storage cabinet. The space formerly occupied by the chimney pipe can still be removed as it is no longer in use, freeing up some additional space. The exterior door gives access to the flat roof. This flat roof was partially renewed in 2019 and partially in 2024.
LOFT:
The attic is accessed by a fixed staircase and this floor is also as good as finished. The roof has been completely off and completely renewed with zinc gutters and new tiles. The whole room is nicely plastered and there is a large dormer placed with three windows. From this dormer you have an insane view of the Meuse River. Imagine that this becomes your workspace or your bedroom and that you wake up every morning with this view! In the attic the finishing touches still need to be done. For example, the laminate floor is already there but it still needs to be laid. Preparations have also been made to install an air conditioning system. GARDEN:
In this backyard you enjoy your privacy to the fullest! From the wooden canopy directly behind the house you have beautiful views over the green garden. To keep it all nice and green during the hot summer months there is a groundwater pump that is connected to several sprinkler points in both the front and backyard. Maintaining the garden thus requires no effort! In the garden shed you can store your bicycles and garden tools. Next to the garden shed is a nice water feature with a waterfall but this needs to be looked at to get it working again. An extra surprise is the "secret" garden that is completely enclosed by a stone wall and where currently a vegetable garden is laid out. In this part of the garden there is a handy wooden shed.
